Dr. Alicia Little Hodge is a licensed clinical psychologist currently practicing in the D.C. Metropolitan area. Dr. Hodge received her Doctorate and Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. She also holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University. Her therapy work is based around the concept that our thoughts directly impact our feelings and behaviors. Her #slayyouranxiety campaign intends to bring awareness to the daily experience of anxiety while empowering others to overcome and thrive. Dr. Hodge has helped hundreds to improve their lives and promotes investing in genuine self-care, beyond the hashtags!
